Level One - Information
Channel:
The "Electronic Bulletin Board" channel is added to your existing CATV
line-up for day-to-day posting of informational bulletins and is available on
the new channel 24 hours a day.
The information channel can be updated locally and is additionally designed to be remotely updated from anywhere in the world using a Windows computer.
Available in NTSC, PAL, and SECAM. Capability of displaying multiple languages on a single screen
Level Two - Emergency Alert:
When a mass notification event that requires more immediate attention is
posted on the bulletin board, the system can be manually or electronically
triggered to superimpose one of two predefined scrolling messages on all
analog channels from 2 - 125 of your cable TV system simultaneously
without removing the original background TV program video or audio. (NTSC or PAL
systems only)

The triggering of the scrolling mass notification messages can be activated manually by a switch on site, activated/deactivated by telephone or cell phone, or activated via the Internet from anywhere in the world. (Password protection on remote features)
The systems current operational status can be monitored via the Internet at all times. When a change in the alert status is detected an e-mail can be sent to a group e-mail address.
Level 3 - All Channel Override:
The video mass notification "All Channel Override" option can also be
triggered remotely via telephone or Internet. The replacement video/audio
source overrides all existing channels on your system and is designed to be any
of the following remotely selectable sources:
-Text Only Message Channel- (Included)
Stored messages updated locally or by modem.
-Endless Loop Video Channel- (Included)
Up to 8 hours of digital video clips can be uploaded via the Internet.
Individual video clips selected to respond to a specific type of emergency.
-Live Video Feed- (Accepts any video/audio
source with RCA jacks)
Campus Security, Hospital Administrator, Base Commander, etc.
Remote feeds by fiber optic, microwave, or satellite.

National footprint to include all of the Continental Unites States - CONUS. Satellite feeds are also available to connect sites at any location on the globe.
VAST Mass Notification and Strategic Emergency Alert can be as specific as a single college, town, or government facility anywhere in the United States. The Emergency Alert System can also be programmed to include Mass Notification of specified user groups county wide, state wide, by agency, regionally, nationally, or globally.
A video, audio, or data file from any member on the network can be sent
simultaneously to every other site globally that is part of the same user group.
A single site can be a member of multiple user groups.
